The spetz mags suck so bad! I would have rather gotten no mag. At leats then I would have ordered one whe I ordered my gun. Is there any way I can trade them back for a real mag?

My spetz mags did not feed very well when I got them. Always had to wind. I simply did the "pin mod" and lubed them up as well as the feed tube. Work great now...can fire away for a while without having to wind again.

The mags I got were terrible. They did not feed at all on full auto. Semi was perfect though. I ended up just buying a TM 600rd hi-cap.

I'll find the link to the mod with pics...posted on another forum.
Basically, you put a paperclip inside the spring. It allows you to wind it way more than you can stock. The stock config does not let the spring overwind....but it hardly allows you to wind it at all.
Once I did this they worked great. I'll find the link when I get home...I have it in my favorites.

Heh, I tried that, but I screwed up. The spring jumped out as I was trying to poke the paper clip through. Not a big loss for me, because I have a TM hi-cap.
